Dear Tim,
Wow where do I start? 4 1/2 years ago I
asked for your help with my case. I really
appreciated that you, with a couple other
gentlemen, came to see me at Genesis. They
were reviewing my records, while you
interviewed me and took notes. That showed
me that you took a real interest in me as
person. I definitely was not happy with my
outcome of being Spinal Cord Injured.
You listened intently and researched my
situation completely. You put in countless
hours of work. Your expertise in
researching, documenting, gathering your
expert witnesses, and making certain that I
understood all of the legal language was
phenomenal. I thank you for that.
Your professionalism in the court room was
something to behold. That was awesome.
Then there is the matter of the "aftercare".
Keeping me informed as to how my settlement
would be handled. Your hands-on help with
securing my Van, Insurance, and
Registration. And helping me get my trip
planned to see my children and
grandchildren, 1 of whom I haven't met yet.
Tim, you have been a most invaluable player
on my team. I'm happy with my outcome, and
very glad to call you a friend. I would be
most happy to recommend your services to
anyone with a similar situation.
It is with deepest gratitude, that I Thank
You.
Sincerely, Jayne Serfass
"I want to thank you for how wonderful you
have been to us since the accident. You've
been so great to deal with. I've never felt
rushed when talking to you, you've always
returned my calls quickly, and you have a
way of making us feel supported and
important. These things are very important
to people going throught what we have. Yo
are excellent at what you do! We feel so
lucky to have had you as our lawyer. The
whole experience would have been very
different with someone else. I hope never to
need you again as a lawyer, but you are
forever on my Christmas list! I just don't
feel I can thank you enough." —Karen

"I find it hard to find the words to express
how much you've helped me and my family get
through a most difficult time.
Procrastination definitely isn't in your
work ethics, and I thank God for that.
Without your representation I would probably
still be smothered in red tape and getting
the same old run around I got before I
retained you. Again I thank you for all your
help and dedication you displayed in closing
my case so quickly. Thank you." —Bob

"If anyone ever needs representation in a
personal injury matter, I highly recommend
Tim O'Meara. I was hit head-on by a drunk
driver and suffered serious injury. When I
got home from the hospital, I made three
calls to local attorneys. I could not get
past the first two's representatives. Tim
responded immediately, coming to my home the
next morning. He expedited my initial claim
against the driver, and then aggressively
pursued a just settlement against the
restaurant that over served the driver. He
went up against a very powerful insurance
company which did not want to settle. He was
organized and determined, and fought hard to
see that I was compensated for the injuries
I suffered due to the restaurant
management's negligence. God forbid you ever
need representation for injuries caused by
someone else to you, but if you do, rest
assured you need look no further than Tim."

"My job is to help employees avoid workplace
injuries. So I was appalled when I got
injured, and then dismayed when the WC claim
was denied. Eventually, I needed help in
pursuing my legal rights, and Tim O’Meara
came highly recommended from another
attorney. He took my case and counseled me
that it could take a long time and to be
patient. He explained things along the way
and kept me in the loop.
However, there came a point in the process,
when I seriously considered just dropping
the case and moving on from the whole mess…I
was so distraught that I was willing to pay
Tim his fees and leave the bad experience
behind me. Tim counseled me again to hang in
there and be patient. He was kind and
obviously concerned for my well being and I
listened to him. I trusted him to do the
right thing and he did. Tim was methodical,
highly experienced and knowledgeable in the
ways of WC laws, and had intuitive good
timing. He was tenacious. His patient and
thorough approach paid off and I received a
settlement, when just months before I was
willing to walk away in frustration.
Due to the high medical and surgical costs,
I was looking at the probability of losing
my home. But through Tim’s skillful handling
of my case, he earned me a settlement, and I
was able to keep my home! I am deeply
grateful. I highly recommend Tim O’Meara to
anyone looking to right a wrong done by a
denial of a worker’s compensation claim."

"Thank you so much, Tim, for your hard work,
patience, professionalism, and good humor at
yesterday's mediation. I am so glad you were
there as my advocate. Though it was a tough
day, I thought we worked well together as a
team and made the best deal we could. I
appreciate everything you did to make things
go as smoothly as possible. Walter and I
wish you all the best--you've chosen a tough
practice and we would refer a friend to you
'in a New York minute.'"

"Tim O’Meara was at my hospital bed the next
day after my husband called him and was
right there every time we needed him during
the last gruling 3 years of this case.
Someone else said they could never thank him
enough for all he did for them, and I feel
the same way. Tim and his office staff have
been caring, kind and always listened and
helped when we needed them. Tim wore the
boxing gloves and did all the pounding and
foot work not to mention the time that it
took to finally win this case for us. I have
and will continue to tell everyone about
Tim’s hard work and dedication to not only
his job but to all of his clients. He
strives to treat us as his family and
friends and fight for us to get the best
results he possibly can. There was always a
happy face to greet us when we went to his
office. We'll never forget you Tim. Thanks
again from the bottom of our hearts for
everything, and your staff too!"—Beth
